Open door for the living word

With this guiding thought, the day of the Covenant was celebrated in Bangalore in a grand manner 18th October. Bro Jose Peter sends this report with a few wonderful pictures.

The Covenant Mass began at 5 pm in the auditorium at the shrine in the premise of the Sisters of Mary. The children of Mary gathered in big number, many of them carrying in their hands the image of the Pilgrim Mother. The Solemn Eucharist was presided by Fr Jose Irudayaraj ISch and concelebrated by many priests. Fr Paul Panamkulam ISch was the homilist who gave an inspiring message.

At the end of the Mass there was a procession to the shrine. The procession with the chariot of the Blessed Mother was an impressive moment which ended with the Benediction.

Bro George led the choir who helped the people to raise their hearts to God.

Indeed, the covenant celebration was an experience for many of opening of the heaven and of receiving the showers of blessings.
