“Heros 2007”

Heros 2007 was the name of the Schoenstatt Boy’s Camp of this year.

With 31 participants from various parishes it took place from the evening of the 9^th until the morning of the 12^th in Aloor, Kerala.

Schoenstatt seminarians under the leadership of Jiju K. and the senior Schoenstatt youth worked hard to make the camp a success.

Discovering a camp slogan and a camp song, games, classes, recreation, sports, competitions and prayers filled the joyful days. Jesus, Fr Kentenich, Mother Theresa and Abdul Kalam (present Indian President) were portrayed as heroes for today.

In the greatest competitive spirit, the boys worked in groups with their own names and symbols.

The last day was marked with presenting the prizes to the winners and also with an election of the best camper.

The boys said goodbye with the hope of seeing each other again next year.
